If you are encountering any errors while downloading an "Approved Hosts"
list through WC3Banlist, you might have to update your XML file. It is highly recommended
for people in their respective realms to download these Approved Host bans.
To download their bans, you can download XML files which you can import into WC3Banlist here. Right-click, Save Target As:
Azeroth,
Lordaeron, Northrend and
Kalimdor.

About the banlist
Banlist.nl provides the Buddies' Banlist service, which you can use to exchange banlists with other people using WC3Banlist.
There is a special group of people called "Approved hosts". Their bans have been reviewed, and are considered fair and reliable. It is highly recommended for people in their respective realms to download their bans. To download their bans, you can download XML files which you can import into WC3Banlist here. The XML files are available for Azeroth, Lordaeron, Kalimdor and Northrend.
If you need help importing the XML into WC3Banlist, take a look at the WC3Banlist manual ("Help" tab).
Due to the growing community, three Sharing Groups have been made for banlist sharing, one for each functional realm. Each group will be headed by an approved host. The members of these groups are not approved, but are nonetheless useful contacts for you. I encourage you to get to know fellow banlist members on your realm, and after some time in the aforementioned groups, you can apply to become an approved host.

Banlist.nl is currenly free, but to keep it free (read: to keep it going in the first place), we need donations. We are growing rapidly: We are currently at about 219059 users, and each day more than 300 people sign in! The bandwith this program takes is pretty big, and the serverload is huge.
